Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to all services provided by A&J Acquisitions LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services, you agree to this Policy.

1. Service-Based Nature of Our Work

A&J Acquisitions LLC provides professional consulting, real estate, and software development services. Because our services involve the allocation of time, expertise, and resources, our refund policy reflects the professional and project-based nature of this work.

2. Deposits and Retainers

Deposits and retainer payments made to begin a project or engagement are generally non-refundable, as they secure dedicated time and initiate the scoping and planning process. The specific terms of any deposit will be outlined in your service agreement or statement of work.

3. Milestone-Based Projects

For software development and consulting projects structured around milestones:

• Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable
• If a project is cancelled by the client prior to completion of a milestone, payment for work completed up to the point of cancellation will be due
• If a project is cancelled by A&J Acquisitions LLC without cause, any prepaid amounts for work not yet delivered will be refunded on a pro-rated basis

4. Real Estate and Inspection Services

For home inspection and real estate consulting services:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled appointment may receive a full refund
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee as specified in the applicable service agreement
• Once an inspection has been performed, the inspection fee is non-refundable
