The quiz questions and study links are bundled inside the app, so it works offline. As you study, the app saves — only on your device (in local storage) — your score history, achievements, current state, and language choice. This data is not transmitted to us or anyone else. If you uninstall the app or reset the device, that local progress is gone; we have no copy and cannot restore it.
The app is free and supported by ads. A short full-screen ad appears periodically at natural breaks between questions. Ads are served by Google AdMob, which may collect and use device and advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate (coarse) location, and ad-interaction data to deliver and measure ads, under Google's policies:
Consent: If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region that requires it, the app presents Google's consent request (via Google's User Messaging Platform) before serving personalized ads.
Your controls (Android): Reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalization, in Settings → Google → Ads.
The "Helpful links" section opens official government and regulatory websites (state real estate commissions, legislatures, federal agencies) in your browser so you can study the source law. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, opt out of any "sale" or "sharing," and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell your personal information and hold no account about you. The advertising identifiers described above are collected by Google AdMob — use the device controls above, or contact Google. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you have rights to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Because we hold no account or profile about you, most of these concern data collected by Google AdMob — contact Google directly, or email us and we will help where we can.
This app is intended for adults preparing for a professional licensing exam. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
This app is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any state real estate commission, licensing authority, or exam provider (such as PSI or Pearson VUE). Questions are practice material assembled from public statutes and official sources; see the Terms of Use.
We use reasonable measures to operate the app securely. Because we collect no accounts and no personal profiles, there is very little about you to expose. Ad traffic is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
We may update this policy as the app evolves. We'll post the new version here with an updated effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
