The App is a practice and study tool. It is not legal advice and not a substitute for accredited pre-license education. Using the App does not guarantee that you will pass any real estate licensing examination, and it does not entitle you to any license. Practice questions are illustrative and may differ from the questions on any actual exam.
The App is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any state real estate commission, licensing authority, or examination vendor (including PSI and Pearson VUE). References to state laws, agencies, and forms are for educational purposes only.
Questions and explanations are assembled from publicly available statutes, administrative rules, and official real estate commission sources and are intended to be accurate as of their preparation. However, laws change and errors can occur. The content is provided "as is," without warranty of accuracy or completeness. Always verify current requirements with the official sources (linked within the App) and your state's real estate commission before relying on them.
Your progress, scores, achievements, and preferences are stored only on your device. We do not back them up. If you uninstall the App, clear its data, or lose your device, this information is permanently lost, and we cannot recover it.
The App is free and supported by advertising served through Google AdMob. By using the App you acknowledge that ads will be shown. Data practices related to ads are described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the App's content, or use it in any unlawful manner. The App and its content are protected by intellectual-property laws and remain the property of A&J Acquisitions LLC.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, A&J ACQUISITIONS LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE APP, INCLUDING EXAM RESULTS OR RELIANCE ON ANY CONTENT. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any action not subject to arbitration or small claims must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
